Duck Satay in Tambak, Central Java

One more culinary tourism in south path of Java. This time I tried to eat Duck satay residing in Tambak, Kecamatan Sumpiuh, Central Java. It is locate in front of the local traditional market.
Among of many stalls, which is selling a variety of culinary dishes made ​​from Duck, the satay stall is the best.

The texture of the duck that is more tough than the chicken and with the savory taste and juicy of melting duck fat make it very perfect if we enjoy the satay hot.

  It was still very early, even the dawn was not yet showing signs of rising. Pagaralam air was really cold. Not many people are willing to let go of the blanket this morning. This morning we want to see the sunrise from the top of Mount Dempo. Our car immediately went up the mountain past the tea gardens that spread out wide on the right and left side of the road. But before we reached the top of the mountain, bursts of orange light began to appear on the back of the Bukit Barisan which looks at the other side. We immediately pulled over and get ready to watch the seconds emergence of the sun. From up here looking scenery Pagaralam City that is still shrouded in fog. A great place to enjoy the sunrise.
